I need some Graphic Design for converting a PDF book to vector file

Contest Brief

I have two children's books that are PDFs and need to be converted to a vector file or possible recreated and retraced.
I added one file - the final has to be editable - here is the second book as well
Page 2 needs to be deleted and replaced with WirePublishing Inc. and the rest of text and logo to be supplied - also need final PDF - thanks
