Im starting a t shirt business, and have no drawing skills. One of my ideas is this. Art near the top of the shirt, but it depends on the art work. Then the art is a face of a cat looking shocked. It doesn't have to be realistic. I would like the cat to be eye catching, bold, and easy to see. I think it would look good on shirts with not too bright colors, or too dark. Keep that in mind when making your art. If I am too restricting about the art, please let me know. Also, I would like the art to be scaleable without getting blurry, GIF, and PDF formats. Thank you.

I would like original art please. A few people are taking liberties with adding words, not putting just a cats face, and doing their own thing. Seems to be some stock images without any links too. I could do that myself, but I would like to pay someone for their creativity. If I dont see original ideas, or any effort put into a design, I will out right reject it.
