After 85 purchased projects and thousands of dollars spent on the FIVERR.com platform, I ran into my first theft from a seller. After repeatedly asking FIVERR representatives for assistance, they choose to ignore the written proof of Fraud and Theft by the seller. So, I now I cant trust Fiverr to protect the buyers of their services. In this last project, I simply needed some legal document created and filed electronically by an attorney. On the day of the deadline by the State, I asked on 5 occasions in writing to the seller asking if he was going to complete the tasks in time. In the last several hours, my requests when unanswered. This theft cost me $114 to the seller and several million a year in lost business. Maybe this happens on ay online service like this, I dont know. This is my first experience of THEFT AND FRAUD.
SO, I'm looking for answers as to how myself and others can protect themselves from theft like this.
