- New theme for the website is based on Bootstrap 4 - Dashkit theme | https://dashkit.goodthemes.co/index.html
... This is a dashboard theme, but will be used for the home page as well

Creative Suggestions
... I prefer simple, minimilist, somewhat modern designs.
... Design will be applied (after contest) to responsive templates (columns and banners should scale well)
... Clean, not too flashy.
... Use fonts & background colors, containers, columns, from new dashkit theme above
