Hi, do check entry no. 9. Total area has come upto 300sq.m. but can definitely be worked on and reduced to 250 sq.m., as I have used lavish sizes. Have done similar projects in the past...do check my portfolio.

Hi, i would like to work in this project but for $250 i can only provide sketchs, or the main idea of the design, in my country for a poyect of 300 to 350sqm for clients type "B" like the ones you describe the norma price of only design is in the range of 2000 to 4000, plans and renders with no detailing.
