8.5 x 11 Flyer Design for Corporate Financial Company. Looking for a skilled graphic designer who has experience designing corporate marketing materials.Overall, this should be a straight forward design, since the design will essentially be an outline of the current website. **Goal - The flyer design will showcase our unique and custom financial services:

1) Auction Lending
2) Bidding Service
3) Due Diligence
4) Construction Loans
5) Refinancing
6. Out of the Box Loans
7. Joint Venture Equity Financing
8) ARV Financing
9) LEVERAGE!!

We would like to use this flyer to provide perspective clients and investors pertinent information about our company, This flyers will be hand outs for people attending real estate seminars, conferences, etc.

We would like to have a 8.5 x 11 flyer (both front and back) and you will be able to use our current website for direction and copy for the flyer, combined with your creative approach. (www.NewLight-Financial.com)

The design style we are looking for should convey trust, professionalism, safe investing, experienced, success, We are.California's Premier Trustee Sale Lender, with a track record of successful returns for our investors and clients. Happy clients who use the leverage of 75% of the purchase price we provide at auction, allows each client and investor the ability to leverage their investments.

Please refer to website for copy writing and stock images, and if you have other images you have, feel free to use those as well!. I'm allowing full creative control on this project to the graphic designers.
