     Ok I see, so you would want more of a header banner? I am not clear on how you want the tabs to appear. Are they all going to be on all the pages or you just want the Welcome page to have only that button?
     
     You say you want this to be created in Facebook, do you mean you want to be supplied with a completed static fbml page? Please clarify
