Contest Brief

I would like the artists to provide some 3D renderings or hand sketches of interesting design styles that could be used for Floor Speakers called "Monitors" these are musical instrument speakers that sit on the floor in front of the artist playing an instrument. Traditionally these speakers look very boring and don't have any interesting surface features. I would like to make these more interesting by changing the shape. The Design is better if the speaker can lay on its side at a specific angle and also stand up and be used vertically.. These products are also considered to be "industrial" so we can mimic the look of well known brand tools. Some example of hand tools is also included for "industrial looks and color contrasts" The interesting part about hand tools brands is each on is easy to recognize simply by the color pattern. if you go to a jobsite and see a black & yellow power tool you immediately know who makes it! We can apply this same design styling to these industrial / musical instrument stage speakers.

I have included 1 image called "excellent shape" this is also an interesting shape example. if done correctly can look very modern and cool

You can provide 3D renderings or hand sketches that help illustrate the outlook of your concept.

The project is garanteed 200$ and if more designs are interesting i will be paying partial amounts to #2 and #3 winners if necessary!

Attached are some pictures of what "Monitor" speakers traditionally look like. I have also included some sketches or some examples of more modern shapes that i think will help make the product look more modern and less traditional
