Contest Brief

Each set should include:
Wedding invitation – 5"x7" - double sided design (fits inside A7 envelope)
Save the Date card- 4"x6"
RSVP Card – 3.5"x5"
Welcome sign - A3 size
Menu - 4"x7.5"
Itinerary - 4" X7.5"
Place card - 2" x3.88" (folded) 4" - 7.76"
Blank guest sign poster - 24" x 7"
Seating chart 1 (per table) - 4" x7.5" (needs to fit 10 - 12 people's names)
Seating chart 2 (whole event) - (the template needs to fit anywhere from 100 - 200 names)
Favor tags - the shape and size depends on the design theme

NOTE:
- All rights of use over the designs need to be signed off
- All materials need to be print ready
- All files needs to be editable pdf. ready for download and instantly editable
- All text used in the designs can be made up, as long as it contains appropriate content and length to best show the design layout.
