Contest Brief

Create appealing interior 3D renderings of a 450 sqft cottage. We are looking for 2-3 renderings that show the cottage from a couple of points of view.

The cottages are designed for the elderly, so more traditional interiors are appropriate as opposed to super modern. Simple neutral colors but not too boring. Some color definitely ok.

Attached is the floor plan of the cottage.

Special consideration will be given to GIFs.

I have also attached an exterior photo of a real cottage so you can get an idea of style.

can i have the cad file because there is some dimensions need to adjust plus a lot of people don't deal with feet & inches. and there is also dimensions missing?!!!

Apparently I misread your requirements. I am an Interior Designer and I think you need a Graphics person to accomplish the end result. My specialty is to produce a proper interior in my creative opinion. If you wish to keep exactly what your sketch is...a Graphic Person is what you need. Good luck in your quest.

  Interior only - but a few angles/renderings. I showed a picture of the exterior just to add some context. The interior should fit with the exterior look. Thank you!
