Contest Brief

Draw a funny picture... of a weather god

The picture should show a funny weather god, holding a garden hose in one hand and operating the water-tap with the other hand.
I suggest, you firstly create a rough sketch of your idea (this can be a raster graphic). I'll check this and I'll give you a guidance if the style should be changed a bit.
The final picture has to be in SVG format.
I want to check the final SVG file before awarding anybody as the winner.
Please write me in the entry's comment section when you've finished the SVG file. I'll then contact you via private chat where you can upload the SVG file for checking.

Please have a look at the attached picture. The style of the picture should be in the region to these pictures.
Also, the picture should be printable as a logo on a T-shirt.
