  Hello,
  
  I would like to work on this, but there is still quite a large volume of very technical images and statistics, that make it difficult to know where to begin. I'm not sure I can message you, but perhaps you can message me.
  
  Two questions to begin with:
  1. Does the document "ADA Display - Images and Logo (1).pptx" contain all of the "must have on the display booth no matter what" items? Do you have high res files of those images sufficient to print for the booth, and they are the ones you want us to use?
  2. Are you expecting that we create new diagrams for you? The ones you provided are all copyrighted (from what I can gather), and the photos too. Coming from a non-science background, I am concerned I might create inaccurate diagrams. Please advise exactly which one, or two you would want drawn, if that's i what you want.
  
  I do have more questions, but it would help if you answered these to begin.

     Hi Nikaya. Sorry I did not see your message earlier. We are looking for creativity. You can use the diagram as is but i'm sure you will agree that perhaprs re-creating them as info graphics or somthing a bit more digital will be more appealing.

  Hi, I have two doubts, the first is:
  if the measurements are in meters?
  and the second:
  What information is the main one?
  Correct me if I'm wrong, according to the word document, the first diagram is the main one, and as you go through the other diagrams are more complementary. If not,

     The dimensions are posted and there is even a mockup. The word file is just to help you gain background information. All we want is something like we have in the mock-up file. Looking at the work you've done... I think this will be an easy task for you.

  The dimensions of the back wall is also included in the list of attached files. All we want is an image for the back wall. it can NOT be that hard guys. The contest has been running for over 7 days and still not even anything close. Just look at the file titled 10x20 Display and do your best to give us a better version of the back wall image. Something relevant to the program objectives (which is also illustrated in the attached word document file)

  Look at the attached file titled - UF 10x20 Display. It is a mock-up that I created on my own. I want something better than that. I provided all the other pics and images to give you some ideas given that most of you are probably not that involved with diabetes research.

  THERE is only ONE Deliverable - Create a design for the booth we will be using for the ADA conference. the booth is 10X20. The 20ft back wall is separated into 3 panels. We want an image that will work when all three panels are put together but will also work when we separate the bigger section of the display (stand alone).

  Yes. You can make it in powerpoint but the final image file needs to be big enough (in quality) so that it does not distort when printed.

  Hi Shelbye: The conference is mostly Researchers so it should appeal to them. However, we would like to use the breakdown piece (10x) to do some JDRF summits and such. It doesn't have to be Orange and Blue - we'd rather it was NOT orange and blue. Please visit jdrfnpod.org and the HIRN website to learn more.

  Please clarify which are the deliverables. There is too much information and I do not know what file I have to modify or create. Should I explain in an illustrated way what is in the PPT? or improve the Word graphics?
