I am looking for Corporate Identity for the undermentioned. Logo should be Dynamic, Modern with Corporate Look. I’m looking for an Inspiring Logo.

Company Name : MAGNIFICENT
Primary Business Segment : Recruiting, Selling for life Insurance
Magnificent is a sales and marketing distribution channel of Prudential Insurance from Indonesia. Our mission is to create new leaders and help them grow financially, personally and leadership capabilities (Leaders means Unit Managers and above)
What we do: we recruit people to join our business, we train them, do a coaching, mentorship, and motivation so they can became a Magnificent Leaders
Magnificent itself means absolutely excellent, perfect and outstanding,

  Hello boss,
  Thank you so much for your reply and the feedback. Boss, by this logo this is bearing the Generous & Extensive filed of business and by the gold and red color the is the theme of Victory. ANd by the circle in outer this is the caring . The final thing is that this is a corporate logo where all the businesses are commanded.

Thanks a lot for the entries, those logos looks amazing, but i have a feedback for everybody. I'm looking for an Icon that can describe the meaning of "MAGNIFICENT". So you can combine the Font and the icon but please dont use leaf because this is an Insurance Company. Give your creativity for an Icon that can tell about Expanding or Multiplication or Magnificent. I'll take the time to feedback and rate them all. Thanks.
