Design some Icons for Postgres mac app (sample svg files included)

Contest Brief

I need a Mac app icon designed.
The icon should be a Yosemite style mac app icon. Please see the following samples of other Yosemite style icons:

The icons main color should be #35688F (http://www.colorhexa.com/35688f)
There should be NO text on the icon.

The winning bidder must provide a vector based SVG file which can be used by http://image.online-convert.com/convert-to-png to create icons of multiple sizes. A png (or multiple pngs) wrapped inside of an SVG file is NOT an acceptable SVG file.

The icon can use the Postgres elephant logo: https://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/Logo

But could also use database images such as:
https://www.discovermeteor.com/images/database.svg
http://uxrepo.com/static/icon-sets/linecons/svg/database.svg
https://cdn3.iconfinder.com/data/icons/programming/100/database-128.png

or similar.
