Hi Folks,

Thanks again to everyone for all their hard work and cool concepts. However, there can only be one winner and we've decided to go with concept #35 by astrofish.

I wish everyone the best of luck. I had a great experience with this contest and I'll be posting others in the future. I hope you all will decide to participate once I do.

Hi everyone,

Thank you so much for all your entries. I see a lot of stuff I like and could possibly be the winner. I will take a few days to think about it and show the comps to some people to get some gut reactions and then do some more thinking about it.

Hi folks,

To anyone new joining this project and to anyone whom I haven't told this yet, since I posted the project, we have decided to not say "6th annual" but just to make the 6 a graphic element of the concepts.

Also, I forgot to mention originally that we are using "Independent Festival Independent Films Independent Theaters" in our marketing materials this year. If you feel like playing with that in the design, please feel free. I know we'd love to see somebody incorporate it in some real cool way.

Additionally, please remember that the festival takes place in spring, so if you are using color in your concept(s) please try and have them be on the warmer side. I know the website doesn't reflect that, yet, but we will be changing it soon. What happened was the festival used to be in September and we've moved it since to the April.

Thanks to all that have submitted so far. I am just very pleased with what you guys are coming up with.
