Hey there, we require a skilled designer to make for us a new version of these landing page -

http://healthyactivelifestyles.net

The new design be ATTRACTIVE and MODERN.

The webpage design is targeting WOMEN, AGE 30 - 50 , interest WEIGHT LOSS (promoting a healthy active lifestyle) .

The design must include Desktop and Mobile versions.

The following pages must be included:

1. All questions pages (one question on a screen at a time)
2. Analysing results 'loading' progress (after the last question)
3. Thank you page (results screen)

All titles / texts/ questions / and thank you page bullet points and buttons must be the same as in: http://healthyactivelifestyles.net . Also footer must be included (with the same links etc)

Also please include any hover designs and so on.
