Design a 2 sided flyer plus a social design in 3 sizes

Contest Brief

We need a flyer created for a fitness challenge we are running, as well as 3x social assets to accompany this (1 design - cut for 1080 by 1080, 1200 by 628 and IG story size)
Attached are some sample assets of existing work we have and like the look of, as well as imagery you can use. The content that needs to be on the flyer is attached in a word doc

The social content should state
'9Round Charity Challenge
Help us raise $20,000!'
Content must be less than 20% of image

Please note - we will require you also submit the raw files for this one, in case we need to make any minor changes in house
