Contest Brief

Task
1, Design 3D model of a floor of a building, it has about 50 rooms and 30 persons inside. Just like the pictures I provided. There’s no ceiling for the 3D model.
2, then make the 3D model as a short animation. At first, everything is in dark, so there’s nothing but the black. Then there’s 3 flashlight moving into the building. Once flashlight brings light there, there back to light mode. The more flashlight move, the more objects show. Until everything shows.
3, mark flashlight in red color, person in blue color.
4, please use software blender to do it and provide blender files as final files.

So sir,
You wish for a floor plan which contains apartments that may or may not look alike and then each apartment will have its own bedrooms, toilets, kitchen, and living room. All moderately furnished too.
And then create an animation where the camera is still(no motion) and the plan reveals with a moving light.
So is there a floor plan? and more details on red light blue people would be helpful, are there colours just highlights?

  Yes. Every apartment is different but with toilet, kitchen, etc. camera is still. All other details is acceptable.

  There’s many rooms in one apartment. So there’s about 10 apartments in a floor.
