Design a Logo for web/ mobile application

Contest Brief

Description:
We are developing an internet application working on multiple platforms (mobile first). The app main mission is to “make regular gathering the simplest in the world”. How it works: group of people visits repeating event. The organizer of the event and all the members would like to know how many people and who exactly will (not) come to the event. The app will work as a service of notifying people from the group to mark Yes I will come, Maybe I will come, No won’t come. Everybody will be aware of the expected attendance.
Example of use cases:
Sport team having training every week, group of poker players playing every first Sunday of a month, teacher of painting lessons will use it to know how many kids will come etc.
Unique proposition of the service: getting group of a people together for regular event has never been that simple.
Brand attributes:
regular gathering, simple

Request: Design a logo of the service that would represent the brand attributes and is relevant for the service. Make it modern, clean (simple!!!), dynamic, young looking. The logo colors will define corporate colors then, it must work also in black and white, it must be legible in very small size too! (in mobile app) and it should be easily distinguished. Prepare logos for the following brand name check2gether (or check2gather)
