Design a logo for "Countertrade News."

NOTE: Countertrade News is a news media organization.

Dear contest participants, please note that I have checked all the design entries submitted. However, I will not rate all the designs. I will only rate those design entries that I consider as either average designs (1 star), acceptable designs (2 stars), good designs (3 stars ), great designs (4 stars), or excellent winning designs (5 stars).

What is Countertrade?
Countertrade is an international TRADE transaction that is premised on some form of reciprocity.

Countertrade refers to various methods of structuring import and export transactions between companies in different countries by linking a seller’s exports to a buyer’s imports (or by linking a seller’s sales to a buyer’s purchases).

For example, if you’re required by contract to buy some products or services from the person you’re selling your products to, then, it is a Countertrade contract.

WHAT IS COUNTERTRADE NEWS?
It’s a weekly online publication specializing in news and analysis of countertrade deals, policies, personnel, and the companies that are closing different countertrade contracts and creating new opportunities. Success with countertrade deals depends on expert knowledge—and that knowledge is hard to find.

DON'T COPY OTHER PEOPLE'S DESIGN CONCEPTS.
Here is the reason why it's better to come up with your logo design concept rather than copying another person's concept:

To win this contest, your logo must be rated 5-stars. Suppose the top three 5-star-rated logos look similar because they each copied each other. Who do you think I will award the contest to? I will go back and look at the first person among the three designers who came up with the logo design concept and award it to the first person. So, even if all the designers with 5-star-rated logos must have put in a lot of effort and time participating in this contest, only the first person to come up with the design concept that everyone else copied and modified will win the contest. Can you see why copying other people's design concepts here is a total waste of time?
