Contest Brief

We need a basic design for our boat name. The boat name is "BAD HABITS". It's a small 5.8m Aluminium fishing boat.

In the attached picture you can see the old name on the rear top side and back. This is where the new name / logo will go.

The boat is Aluminium colour. Main design colour should be black. Design should be simple and easy to read. As well as the design of the wording we'd like an image that can be placed alongside the name.

The image could be a fish, fisherman, fishing rod / reel or anything else that might look good / fit the name. It should have a "tough" feel. A bit of humour is ok. Just nothing "soft" or delicate.

This design will be made into a logo to go on the boat as well as screen printed onto t-shirts / hats.

We fish the west coast of New Zealand and catch everything from Snapper and Gurnard to Tuna, Kingfish, Marlin and Mako.
