Contest Brief
Firstly, my thanks to all the contestants for their enthusiastic participation. We are in the last lap of the contest. Your submissions made me think more and I gave feedback to some of you which was very kindly incorporated by you. As a final input, I would like to see if some or any of you can draw a logo of Junior's Leap on the lines of human evolution chain...where we see a monkey graduating to an ape to a man in side profiles. You could use maximum of 4 side profiles...an infant with a tennis racket, a kid with a guitar, an astronaut and a scholar. You can show the guitar, tennis racket, oxygen tank, and book in side profile so that the evolution of juniors and their activities can create an impact for our customers.
Junior's Leap (brand name), offers pre-school, kindergarten, after school learning, day care services both for individuals and corporates.
We want a logo that :
- Incorporates "Junior's Leap" as brand name in the logo
- Includes graphics suggestive of kids learning new age themes like robotics, space exploration (astronaut), violin playing,
learning languages (chinese, spanish)or calligraphic characters from these languages
- Conveys a sense of unbridled learning and development for youngsters
- Contains urban graphics around children and learning
- Should have universal appeal i.e the brand will be used in many countries
- Contains bright, energetic colours or symbol to convey a sense of radiance
- Incorporate circular shape(s) for building association of childhood development with soft, comfy things
- Should use androgynous imagery i.e the imagery should be more unisex in nature i.e for both boys and girls
- Should go along with or convey the brand strap line : “Foundation of Excellence”. You can incorporate the strap line within the logo or leave it. Would want to see the creative impact that is possible or missing.
- Should be compatible for all forms of marketing collateral and print material i.e posters, website, letter heads et al
- Source files required to be submitted as .EPS vector file from which .JPG and .PNG formats are also required.
