Contest Brief

We need a logo for our grocery product brand called “Velvet”. Our tag line is “Spice up your Life”.
Our brand is associated with food/groceries related products such as spices, sauce, seasoning, curry paste, wheat flour, etc..
We just want something eye catching that is logical, clever and simple. We are open to ideas and concepts.
Ideally, logo would communicate/signify the product that is high quality, trustworthy and valuable. Colour of logo should be attractive and eye catching (for example: Purple, Red or Yellow).
This Generic logo will be displayed on product packaging.

Look And Feel: logical, bold, Modern, meaningful, Upmarket, Elegant, Playful, Bold, masculine, Personable, Conservative, Professional, Feminine, .
Logo Styles: Emblem Logo - enclosed in a shape, Wordmark – Word or name based logo, Abstract logo- conceptual/symbolic, Pictorial/Combination Logo

We also need a packaging/Labelling design, but this will be a later project – unless we can combine these projects.

    Hello, Robert. Wonderful effort. We are after something like this. Logo with some packaging option give us clear picture. This will show us how it looks like on finish product/packaging. Currently with this design the information and product title are not highlighted because of too much graphic in background. It would be nice, if you could make variation with Purple, red, yellow and black colour so the Company Logo, Product Title (such as Chili Powder, etc..) also get highlighted and balance the background. That will attract customer and eye catching when the product is on display shelf.
