Contest Brief

I am starting an US based online retail company that will market various product types. I need a cool, trendy but sophisticated/professional logo. The company name is: Desol Global. I would like it to use primarily on a website, but potentially on t-shirts and other items in the future. I have not thought much about color schemes, so will leave that up to those competing to use your creativity and experience.

UPDATE 1: Great responses so far. I would also like to see the following: Emphasize more on Desol and less on Global; a lower case e in desol since this is an eCommerce business.
