Contest Brief

I am looking for a 1 fold brochure developed on standard us letter size paper (8.5in x 11in). Attached are several photos of the Town and the ocean, please feel free to use whatever photos at your own discretion.

The Front page will need to feature the Oceana logo prominently. The back page will need to be a map of the business park, see "49.2 acreas".

This flyer is meant to provide information to potential businesses on an Ocean Research Industrial/Innovation Park. The theme surrounding this is cold ocean, so in the design please use ocean related graphics, etc.

Please stick to the pantone colours 281 and 279 as found on the "Oceana_Both_Formats_281_279.pdf."

Please also use the "Oceana Flyer Original.pdf" as a guideline to the lay out of the brouchure

Included with this:
- Several photo's of the town
- Oceana logo
- Town logo
- Old Brochure "Oceana Flyer Original"
- Image of the industrial park "49.2 acreas .pdf"
- Text document of what I would like included
- Photo of the industrial park

If possible, could this file be completed in .psd. If not that is alright.

Yes that is correct. I want the flyer to be half a US Letter size when folded and a US Letter size when opened

hello, I do not quite understand the folder size. Following the example of "ocena the original.pdf flyer" is a flyer without fold, and with two-sided printing. Do You wana flyer with one fold that when closed is HALF US letter size, but when opened has the US letter size,, right?
