Contest Brief

I would like pages designed for my new listing that is located on Lake Namakagon There is 1000 ft of Lake Shore and on 3 Acres. I will upload and highlight certain things I would like to be noted. I plan on making a booklet with the pages. I am looking for high end quality work that shows just how luxurious this property is.
The Property Address Is: 46055 Echo Point Lane, Cable, WI 54821
My Name, My Company's Logo, and My Contact Information Has to be On The Front Cover In Addition To The Address. I Will Upload my Company Logo.

I am also uploading key points that are important to note along with pictures that might be a good fit. I ideally want one picture for the front cover. I will Upload 2 Front Cover (Photos ONL) For Option to use for your design.

I want a clean feel to it that highlights everything the property has to offer.
It also has a guest house.
