Contest Brief

We are looking for a contractor who will...

1. Create a unique 2d character similar to one of the following:

You will create three different mockups and then a final design.

2. Create a 12 second animation of the character walking, singing (see attached), dancing and other movement with a simple background of mountain, sun flowers.
