Create an animated diagram (.mov)

Contest Brief

We’re looking to animate a diagram.

You’ll need to return a .mov file with all layers and all project files and assets (ie, photoshop psd with layers and/or after effects/motion project file).
The diagram will go here: https://transportlearning.com/tupper/ below "Step 2: Automate”

The diagram must have a transparent background and White #ffffff principally. secondary and accent colors can come from the gradient that ranges from #ea5397 to #f3b985.

The characters presented should be abstract, gender and race free, predominantly 2D, and principally composed of white lines #ffffff.

The length of the animation should be about 20-30 seconds.

The resolution should be 4k. Keep in mind that you are delivering all the layers. The elements in these layers should be scalable.

Description of the diagram: (See picture attached)

A user/person walks down the path.

They choose/touch/grab one of the flags (referral link, direct, search engine, or other).

Then, the user arrives at the homepage/landing page (You can represent this in a way that fits with the style of the diagram.)

Once at the home page, paper airplanes fly to the machine learning model. There is data associated with each paper airplane. See list A.

The paper airplanes arrive at the machine learning model. (Maybe represent this as a cloud that they fly through and when the come out of the other side they are birds.)

The birds then fly back to “Automatic, optimized, individualized UI/UX changes.” They carry words from list B.

Once the birds drop off the word at “Automatic, optimized, individualized UI/UX changes”, the path to conversion changes. See list C for the options.

The user then continues on the path and arrives at conversions.

This process should repeat four times with different variations each time.

you have mentioned mov but the submission file types are jpg,png and gif.
