Contest Brief

Dear Designers,
This is a simple task that shouldn't take longer than an hour.
I want you to design a banner suitable for large format printing. The banner is for a driving school to be placed on a football ground boundary.
The size will be 1000mm (1 metre) x 3000mm (3m).
Please see my sketch and replicate.
I have attached a sample of a number plate. Add the blue border and 4 "holes" in the corner.
I want the L and P plate on a slight angle with a drop shadow underneath.
The text is:
HI-WAY
9467 5999 (please note the space between the 7 and 5)
DRIVING SCHOOL
www.hiwaydrivingschool.com.au

I think the phone number needs to be bold.
