Contest Brief

Please note that this contest is not for the conversion of PDF to DWG and DXF. One Freelancer already converted PDF to DWG and DXF format and I uploaded all those files for your reference.

Now, I am looking for a freelancer who can convert drawings available in PDF, DWG and DXF formats to .skp 2D with measurements and text and also in 3D, Render (pastel colours) to be able to see in SketchUp and AutoDesk. The ideal candidate should have experience and skills in SketchUp and AutoCAD.

The building is of the Ground Floor + 4 floors (total 5 floors) and the plans we have are individual floor plans, elevation plans and section plans as you can see in the attachment.

Converted files should be able to open in SketchUp to be able to see and edit the render and colours - Prize will not be released if the files fail to open in SketchUp, inaccurate or incomplete.

Requirements:
- Ability to convert PDF drawings, DWG and DXF format to SketchUp and AutoCAD
- Familiarity with preserving specific layers and elements in the converted files. Render and colour.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in the conversion process

Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Sketchup, AutoCAD or similar CAD software
- Strong understanding of PDF to CAD conversion techniques
- Experience in working with different drawing sizes, including A1
