  I just read your brief, and as I also live in Australia now, I wanted to point out, that the price for the full branding is very low.
  Considering the country of origin of the company you want to brand, considering the industry you are working in, you will not get an identity that will fit to your requirements within 250 Australian dollars. No one, with good experience in design will work on this type of project for the amount you're suggesting. And with the deadlines you're in.
  
  First of all, please consider #increaseprize.
  
  Second of all, this type of projects are definitely not a contest projects, so please consider hiring a brand designer, that will help your throught the process of building the best suitable brand identity.
