CICADA - LOGO Design

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

We are looking for a creative Simplistic, but Clever design that embodies the following elements

A: The Cicada Insect ( can be simple or detailed Be creative )
B: The Human Ear
C: the Word CICADA ( the word can be incorporated into the design or above or below )

room must be left for a small subtitle / sub group so use the term “subtitle” in your design.

CICADA ( MUST be Capitols as it is an Acronym )

The Designed Logo must stand alone with out the text but also work clever with the text.
the target market for this logo is people who are deaf or have a hearing loss.
DO NOT show me the design in a Fake 3D Template, I only want to see it flat.

the Winning design will be CLEVER, CLEAN and SIMPLE. Corporate with a touch of warmth and character.

A colour pallet is attached,

The winning entry MUST be able to Legally provide ...All Font Files Used...

Final Logo in…

VECTOR, AI Files (AI, EPS) saved and compatible with Adobe CS5.5

Yes we will be checking the progress and rating entries as they come in, to give you all direction as this evolves.
It is also possible the competition will finish early if we find the perfect 5 star design so do not wait to enter.

I am also a freelancer on this site and this opportunity could build a good relationship between me and the highest ranking designers.
