Contest Brief

I am looking for a talented artist to create a Christmas card (Size 18 x 14cm) that features a winter landscape with cartoonish caricatures of our employees.

Requirements:
- The caricatures should be cartoonish in style, capturing the unique features and personalities of our employees.
- There should be a total of 7 employees depicted in the card.
- The winter landscape should be filled with traditional Christmas colors, creating a festive and joyful atmosphere.

The base of the card is a landscape with mountains.
Turn the summer landscape into a winter landscape.

There are 7 employees
Loris the child, Dario (Loris dad), Urs, Roland, Roman, Mirjam (Loris mum), Keanu and a dog

And then put the caricature figures on it.

Ideas:
Roman is the IT/Computer man
Urs is a surfer, so kite surfing
Roland, Dario and Mirjam are cyclists (extreme mountain bikers)
Keanu loves his Land Rover Defender car (example picture) and tinkers with it, but is also an extreme cyclist
Loris the child, please put the child on Dario's (dad's) shoulders too.
Loris should wear the cap with "Dis bike" as in the photo.
Integrate the balance bike in the picture if there is room.

I am also enclosing 3 samples of Christmas cards that were made in previous years. How the style of the caricatures should look approximately.

A long-term co-operation should be established with the freelancer who does this well :-)
