Contest Brief

I would like a logo designed in two formats - a rectangular version and a circular version. I’d like the logo to include the Cheshire Cat (see attached image) and the SATC metal hand (see attached image).

The cat must look like the Cheshire Cat attached using the same colours and shape. I’d like the cat to be smiling and maybe even winking with a cheeky expression on its face.

The metal hand does NOT include the blue wings or anything else, I am just after the METAL HAND. I’d like the metal hand to follow the same design as the metal hand in the attached image.

As an overview, I want the metal hand to be grabbing the cat’s tail and swinging it around in a circular motion. The logo should be able to show that the cat is being swung around by its tail in a circular motion.

Additionally, for the rectangular patch, I’d like there to be writing in a few locations. The top left corner should have “190” and the bottom left corner should have “ATC”. The top right corner should have “NO LUCK” and the bottom right corner should have “JUST SKILL”. Down the left hand side, in the middle (between the “190” and the “ATC”) I would like in cursive writing “swing the cat”). The rest of the writing should be capital letters and a solid blocky font. Please see the attached image for a very basic and sketchy overview.

Please do not follow exactly what I have done in the images as I am not a good artist. I have simply drawn that as a very basic and rough representation of what I would like. Please use your design expertise and experience to create something beautiful.

For the circular version of the logo, please use your design expertise to find appropriate locations for the writing that look good.

I am open to your own designs in terms of background and colours and any other design ideas you might like. You are the expert designer and I would like you to do what you think looks good while still designing to the requirements I have given.
