Contest Brief

BRIEF:

To adapt labels (front & back) of 3 flavours into a stand-up pouch design – in 2 sizes – 45g and 150g. In total of 6 artwork needed in total.
1 Unsalted 45g pouch
2 Unsalted 150g pouch
3 Cinnamon & Raw Honey 45g pouch
4 Cinnamon & Raw Honey 150g pouch
5 Ginger & Turmeric 45g pouch
6 Ginger & Turmeric 150g pouch

- The information between the 45g and 150g flavours will be the same except for the weight and barcode.
- The design will be the same for each flavour, except for the size of the artwork.
- The colour of the pouch is matt black
- I would like to see 3 options on how the pouch can be designed – including the extension of the illustrations (keeping to the same style).
- If possible to suggest a matt-finish printing style
- Please keep to the colours and fonts
- Final artwork to be given, is to be editable
- Final artwork to be print-ready – (CMYK color, Adobe Illustrator format, at least 300dpi, include bleeds, etc)

6. What type size, prominence and conspicuousness is required?

Answer: For information panel labeling, use a print or type size that is prominent, conspicuous and easy to read. Use letters that are at least one-sixteenth (1/16) inch in height based on the lower case letter "o". The letters must not be more than three times as high as they are wide, and the lettering must contrast sufficiently with the background so as to be easy to read. Do not crowd required labeling with artwork or non-required labeling.

Hi all, could you please include a 'Quality Seal' with the words "Activated" and "Preservative-Free" - at the front of the pouch. Similar to Akin Skincare http://www.purist.com/anti-aging/Anti-age%20Group.png, where there is the round golden badge at the top right.

  The product is wild pili nuts, targeted at the affluent health-conscious individuals. The brand personality is simple and sophisticated. I would like to retain the the main look and feel of the current packaging. I am mainly looking for a design system for the packaging, so that with one glance, it is clear that all 3 flavours are from the same brand.
