Contest Brief

I am an author and I am looking for someone to take my words and descriptions and create a bug that would look like the scariest thing you would never want to land on you. A bioengineer working on a project to create a new insect type lifeform through DNA splicing unknowingly breaths on his project inserting some of his own DNA into it. The result, a super bug that understands him and begins to learn. What our protagonist also does not know is that his mentor has created a similar hybrid that was taken into space and is now out of control and killing every human they can find. Worse yet some of the creatures have found their way to earth and while contained for now the government has not found a way to kill them.

I have written the first novel, Containment Breach, and I am working on the sequel. My publisher and I are looking for a graphic artist who can take my descriptions and create the images of the creatures. I am looking for three total and I have one already that will be part of the marketing campaign for book stores across the reading public starting in the US.
