I need a front and back book cover starting with the attached Word documents.

I would like all text in the Word documents to be used. Design simple but catching the eye.

I would like the attached image to somehow be used for the front cover. I own a license for this image and will be giving credit in the book.

Please place your submission in the attached PDF titled ‘BookCover5x8_BW_90’ Please note the instructions in the PDF, and PLEASE do not include any spine text on the spine. And please be mindful of how large the barcode will be on the back.
