Contest Brief

The main goal of this website will be to collect a visitors name, email address, and phone number. It needs to appear professional and more simplistic really focusing on getting them to fill in the form and/or pressing play on the video. This needs to be where no one will have to scroll on the page before they can see this portion. Then following we will want to have testimonials and some information as the page continues. We also want to push the fact that they will be getting a free E-Book.

This is all about an insurance training program. You are welcome to visit thepajamamanschool.com to learn more but this will be a different page that is really geared towards collecting information. We will also be adding links at the bottom such as privacy policy.

For the contest, please do not worry about the actual text on the page as it will not be the factor in winning. The one who wins will have a clean design, good choice in font style and just overall styling in convincing us to fill in the form. I will also need a simple page design to go along with it that I can place text like the privacy policy on. Thanks to everyone in advance. The FINAL version from the winner will need to be given as a PSD file.

Thank you to everyone for the submissions so far. I will start rating a little later on today. For some further clarification we are going to use something like "Earn a realistic potential $100,000 in residual income first year from home!" for the actual headline. We are also going to be adding a phone number. I will continue to look forward to submissions. Thank you to everyone again.
