Contest Brief

I need a Logo created for a company that sells firearms (pistols, rifles,shotguns), shooting accessories and hunting gear. The company also performs maintenance on all types of firearms. The company is very supportive toward the American flag, military and outdoorsman. The company is also based out of Missouri. The logo needs to be clean, sleek and modern. It also needs to be high resolution and look equally attractive on light and dark backgrounds. The logo needs to be large enough to be used on modern websites and apparel such as shirts and jackets.

Specific Details:

Company Name: Freedom Arms, LLC.

Industry: Firearms/Weapons/Hunting/Outdoors

Products Sold: Pistols, Revolvers, Shotguns, Rifles, AR-15s, AK-47s, hunting rifles, tactical gear, hunting gear, and basically anything else a customer thinks we need to have that is sports related.

Typically Customer Base: Males, early 20s to late 50s. From causal individual to executive businessman. New shooter to experienced professional shooter/hunter. We deal with a lot of VIP clients as well, and one on one customer purchases and orders.

Logo Requirements: Eye catching, Dominant, Clean, High Resolution, Super Creative. Usable on Web pages, Facebook and apparel.

Finished Project Requirements: All applicable source files such as Photoshop and Illustrator Vector files. We will also need a copy of this file with a clear background for our website, and one we can use as our twitter, facebook, and social media account pictures.

What made his special was he even went the extra mile to change the background to dark color stars, and completed all edits requested, even if they were not required. What we see that we like the most so far is the design created by zsigmondistvan located here that he made for another company. https://www.freelancer.com/contest/Design-a-Logo-for-a-Firearms-Company-152716-byentry-4829337.html . It does need some changes though, such as the est. should be 2014 not 2015, and the rifles we would like to see something with ar-15's or pistols (since these are what we sell alot of) and brightening the flag just a tad, very little if any. There is a slight hue of red shadow beneath the Firearms portion of the logo. This is what we believe would look like the best logo for this competition at this time.

  You are more then welcome to post a design entry or even a few sir. Like we said below, the below one we linked to is the one we like the most so if we can get something high definition like it but with the required edits, we believe it would be a hit!
