I would like four HTML 5 banners created that will work on google Adwords.

You can find the specs and requirements for these banners here under HTML 5: https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/1722096?hl=en . Please make sure to double check the ads before uploading them here: https://h5validator.appspot.com/adwords#/asset

I'd like the banners in sizes 300 × 250, 728 × 90, 160 × 600, and 300 × 600. The files will need to be in the format that can be directly uploaded to google. If the files do not get approved on google, the files will not be chosen.

The graphics I am looking for will contain a counter. I would like the graphics similar to the banner in the bottom right of this video (https://youtu.be/_ou3-eTYzm4).

I attached a sample JPEG version of what I am looking for. (see sample banner)

Please use image 'januany girl' for all graphics except 728x90. For that one, please use '5', which looks better in a landscape banner.

The banners should be optimized as to not be grainy/blurry.

I am looking for these banners as soon as possible, so quick timing will be taken into consideration in choosing the winner.
