Hired for Tutor Management software in SPRING 2017, to be ready AUG 2017. Missed deadline. In April 2018 he told us he didn't want to continue. He had already been paid a large part. Then he asked to have the project back and promised Aug 2018 delivery.... failed. He half launched in Sept 2018; most of it wasn't working, every day we were told 1 more day. He killed 2 months of the school year; major revenue loss. We noticed that he had hired others to do our project. He was friendly and a good communicator, but had no access to skype, so real time chat was impossible. We would wait days to have a question answered, about something that was late and we were waiting for it to be fixed and working urgently. Towards the end of OCT 2018, we told him we would hire someone else, he agreed and still asked for money!!! We told him we would pay him something else once we figured out what we had in our hands. We had 5 developers look through his work. Everyone said his coding was basic and poorly done. Large parts of the requirements were not completed, he missed parts of the project specifications which were clearly listed in an initial document. But most importantly, the invoicing system; was completely not functional. Large parts and elements of the project and coding were not connected to each other, which meant basic functions could not be done. We lost $10000s of dollars in business because of him. I don't think he understands the problems he has caused our company.
