I'm new to freelance work but I have lent my voice to some projects over the years. I have done some voice-over for spoken word parts on a blues album and work in a job that requires lots of briefings to groups of people. I have spent time broadcasting over public address systems and grew up working as a sound technician for my father's professional music gigs. As a writer I has written a self-help stress-management book called Appropriate Detachment and I run a regularly posted Science-Fiction short story blog called Multiversal Yarns, look them up for samples of my writing. I am also big fan of technology reviews. Working as a Senior Radar Technician for the Royal Canadian Navy I have a detailed understanding of electronics engineering with an innate ability to explain complex subjects to lay people so they can make informed decisions.
