Web Development - Modify existing template

Not recommended at all. The bid by the service provider was to finish the project in 1 day. Project Awarded on 3rd Mar'11 and below is the list of my conversation that followed: me Sat, Mar 26 Venki, This is my last request to you for refunding the milestone payment. I will be lodging a formal complaint if I don't receive my money by Monday. Vik me Thu, Mar 24 Venki, You have to cancel the milestone payment as it has been released by fault. As you are completely aware the project never started hence the milestone payment should be reverted back to the buyer as per business ethics. Please let me know if you would be willing to refund the milestone payment transferred in error?
