This is a Web Site that I built several years ago before CMS became popular and I was not yet using database storage. All data and menus are stored in regular text files so that the client can update then easily. They are then, loaded into the web page dynamically. The lower center section for daily specials reads time stamps that are imbeded in the menu using markup style tags and a parser while it loads and displays the menu only during the hours it is active. I am updating it to Drupal and mySQl.
