Need a drawing animated into a 2 or 3 second video loop that repeats over and over and brings the drawing to life (swing back a forth)

Parthipan did a great job for me. He sent me a draft about halfway through the project to make sure he was on track and then really took note of all of my feedback and got the final product looking just the way that I wanted it. Would definitely recommend!
