Project was accepted on June 1st after we clearly outlined and asked more than once if all details were understood. Provider also said they would start immediately, and complete right away (even listing 0 as days for completion). They sounded confident. Project accepted June 1st, and from there we received NOTHING, including communication, questions, or anything. We asked several times for updates, and waited days before receiving a response - and when we did get a response it was, "update coming soon, I assure you". We kept asking if there was any problems or issues, and again no response OR "will have update soon", but NEVER did we get any work or actual update as to status of work. Finally on June 16th, provider indicated that they wanted more money and it was too difficult with the low budget in place. So, we lost 16 days and have nothing to show for it - no progress. No work, no progress, no communication. Would NOT recommend this provider.
