Structural Beam Calculations for UK Building Regulation

Excellent communication throughout. I had an update very regularly on where he was with my work. The final report that I received was all that I asked for and more. I will definitely be using him again.

Structural calcs for beam

Having been disappointed with a traditional Structural Engineer i decided to give Freelancer a try. Received over 20 bids but chose Zsolt Istvan K for his prompt response and fair rate. Zsolt Istvan K understood the the brief from the outset. Asked the right questions and acknowledged any drawings or sketches sent over. Price increased a little but i did supply additional information so expected some uplift. Excellent turnaround of project. Calcsm have been submitted to local Building Control. not expecting any issues but you never know. Zsolt Istvan K has confirmed he would handle any queries within his bid. My only reservation in using Freelancer is that the majority of bidders do not hold any Professional Indemnity Insurance so their is a risk if anything goes wrong but for simple projects this should not be an issue. Will use Zsolt Istvan K again and would recommend him highly.
