I schooled in the U.K (primary and secondary education) and lived in several countries including the U.K, Japan and Russia (USSR). I qualified as a physician in the late 80’s, and obtained a Masters of Public Health in 2002. I am currently pursuing a PHd program in Health Management, having completed two PHd Foundations at Capella University U.S.A, and Walden University USA. I plan to complete my research at the Monarch University Switzerland by 2023 . I am also a Chartered Quality and Safety Professional with a diploma in Quality Management from the Chartered Quality Institute in the U.K.
As a seasoned Management consultant (with over 10 years hands-on-experience in health content development), I am well positioned to support my clients in a variety of ways. I can provide health content in health fitness, mental health, well-being, nutrition, public health, and other related matters including the COVID 19 epidemic.
I am a very analytic person with skills in research writing, business strategy, environmental and community assessments, policy development, SOPs design, survey instrument design, design thinking methodologies, strategic human resources, strategic marketing, detailed reporting, data gathering, media content and professional writing. To date I have written numerous articles and freelanced for : newspapers, magazines, radio health shows,(including the BBC World Health Service- Focus on Africa program), phone companies, (NOKIA), telecommunication companies (for sms health content) health insurance organizations, hospitals, IVF clinics, pediatric clinics, and training institutes. I was contracted to run a nutritional program ( to promote Unilever Brothers products), on Channels TV for several years between 2002 and 2005.
I consult for state governments as a technical advisor and my organization, Redwood Polycare is currently pioneering rural health insurance models in Africa, in collaboration with our American partners, ICAREHub LLC.
