The English translation of the text in the certificate is as follows: "The Head of Balai Bahasa Surabaya clarified that Nurahmat Agustianto has passed Level II of the Indonesian Proficiency Test (Uji Kemahiran Berbahasa Indonesia) given in Malang on September 24, 2011 with the predicate of Sangat Unggul (very superior) by scoring 733 out of 900. Signed on October 18, 2011." Note: Balai Bahasa Surabaya is a division of Badan Bahasa in East Java. Badan Bahasa, formerly Pusat Bahasa, is the official regulator of Indonesian language in Indonesia under the Ministry of Education and Culture of Indonesia.
