• Provides HR tasks that will ensure meeting Bangladesh Labor Law and requirement; • Assists in the delivery of HR services through engaging in workers and staffs recruitment and selection process; • Provides induction and endorsement of newly recruited workers and staffs; • Arranges, organizes and updates personal files of office staffs; • Assists in the development of HR Policies in accordance to labor law and company policy. • Translates documents, forms from Bangla to English or vice versa as required; • Handles expats dormitories by arranging maids, foods, supplies and vehicles; • Handles Buyer’s compliance through their COC (Code of Conduct); • Prepares checklist for buyer audit requirement by updating all compliance files and registers; • Conducts a pre-audit factory wide before buyer’s audit to ensure that no findings will be found; • Completes all Corrective Action Plan based on buyer’s requirements; • Arranges, organizes and updates all licenses and certificates of the company based on buyers COC; • Make monthly, quarterly audit for Social, Environment and C-TPAT; • Point of contact for any vendor compliance concerns; • Provides any assistance for adhoc projects, initiatives by the company such as 5S implementation; • Provides any administrative duties for MD & AGM;
